In the dark swamps a mage is plotting his take over of the world. A swamp mage is represented by black, the very color of his soul. He calls upon an army of Demons, over-sized insects, and the undead to protect him. His minions spread disease making even the greatest cures impotent. Some of the creatures of the swamp are even known to convert their opponents into one of them. Most of the spells the swamp mage studies are meant only to hurt people.

Swamp mages find eager allies with the mountain and elemental creatures. But the people of the plain and forces of nature are less eager to help the evil mage.
